What days are you open?
Are are open from Thursday to Sunday from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Our Oyster Shed is pet friendly (as long as they have good manners!)
Can I access Hawkesbury River Oyster Shed by boat?
Boats smaller than 5 metres can access Hawkesbury River Oyster Shed on low draft/high tide (minimum 1.2m). We highly recommend checking the conditions on Willy Weather before your trip.
Do you have undercover seating for wet weather?
Yes, but it still open to the elements if there is substantial rain and/or wind.
Are the oysters sourced locally from Hawkesbury River?
Yes we have our own oyster farms, but if our river is closed for harvest, we will outsource from other farms (as locally as possible). We take great pride in the quality of our product, ensuring that our oysters are harvested at their peak freshness.

How can I reserve a table?
You can reserve a table on our reservations form here.
Can I pre-order a seafood platter?
We allocate a set number of seafood platters each day. Please visit our reservation page or contact us at 0423 285 867 to pre-order a platter. We require a 50% deposit to confirm your order.
Can I order takeaway?
Yes, you can order takeaway in-store or pre-order online here.
Do you sell fish and chips?
No, we are an oyster farm. Our menu offers a wide variety of locally-sourced oysters and seasonal seafood such as smoked salmon, scallops, lobster, and freshly smoked fish. You can view our menu here.
Do you serve alcohol?
No, we are BYO only.
Is there table service available?
No, you will need to order and pay at the counter.
What if I have an allergy or intolerance?
If you are booking a table via our reservation page, please indicate any allergies/intolerances on the form. Alternatively, please let our staff at the counter know so we can cater to your needs.
