Located in the heart of Hawkesbury River, we are a small local oyster farm supplying produce straight from the source.

​

We have devoted many years to farming the freshest, highest quality oysters from the Hawkesbury River region. We love what we do and we put pride into the entire oyster process, from collecting to shucking to selling.

​

We are also working towards being environmentally friendly; our oyster shells are saved for either fish farms or returned back to nature. 

​

To us, Hawkesbury River Oyster Shed epitomizes our passion for quality, fresh oysters, Australian farmers, and the Hawkesbury River as a region.
